Pollok Country Park
The park is Glasgow's largest park and the only Country Park within Glasgow. Its extensive woodlands and gardens provide a quiet sanctuary for both visitors and wildlife. The park is rich in rural history formerly being part of the Old Pollok Estate and ancestral home to the Maxwell Family. The park is also home to the world famous Burrell Collection. Pollok Country Park has been successful in achieving a Green Flag Award in 2016. This has been retained every year since 2012. The Green Flag Award is the benchmark national standard for quality parks and green spaces.

Travel Advice
The park is located directly beside Pollokshaws West railway station. With Shawlands, Kennishead and Corkerhill stations a short walk away. The Park is also has a number of bus stops around the perimeter of the park.
